Faculty Earn Prestigious Awards and Research Support
Distinguished faculty from the College of Architecture at Texas A&M University have recently been honored with notable awards and grants, highlighting their impactful contributions across art, urban planning, and construction science.
- Alejandro Borges, associate professor of architecture, was selected to exhibit one of his drawings at the renowned London Art Biennale 2025, a prestigious international celebration of contemporary art.
- Dr. Xinyue Ye, endowed professor of urban planning, has been named a 2025 Chancellor EDGES Fellow, recognizing his excellence and leadership in research.
- Namgyun Kim and Chuma Nnaji, faculty members in construction science, have received the TAMIDS 2025 AI Course Development Grant. Their funded course, AI-Enabled Human Factors Research in Construction, will explore the intersection of artificial intelligence and construction workforce research.
